About Me

Elite Strength & Conditioning was started in August of 2007 by Phil Jelinowski running a small in-home personal training studio. The name was chosen because Phil believed that training principles used by elite athletes could also be applied to the general population in an incremental way to yield optimum results. In this way everyone could attain a relative elite level of fitness.

Phil Jelinowski BSc, CSCS, MES is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Medical Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer with over 10 years of training experience. He is an expert in bodyweight conditioning and has published an article on www.dragondoor.com entitled Planche Training: Strengthening the Mind/Body Connection. Phil has professional experience in all areas of health and fitness. He has worked as a strength and conditioning coach training junior leauge hockey players, as a post-rehab exercise specialist, and as a personal trainer. He has worked with athletes, special populations and people from all walks of life. Over the years Phil has developed his own unique approach to training which focuses on the mind/body connection, maximum engagement of muscles, exercise intensity, workout efficiency and proper nutrition. Phil’s goal is to epitomize the perfect picture of health and fitness, to keep up with the latest research and developments in the field and to deliver optimum results to his clients who he trains like professional athletes.
