Daniel Cheoreanu

I am inspired by real life heroes; men and women that have left a positive but striking mark in the world, pushing the boundaries and not settling for mediocrity. Those who understand that struggle and failure are part of the process, and that the only way to overcome and reach greatness is to keep going.

My name is Daniel Cheoreanu. I specialize in calisthenics, strength training, martial arts and nutrition. I am a certified personal trainer at Elite Strength & Conditioning, with 7 years of coaching experience. My martial arts training spans 20 years; having started with traditional karate as a child, earning my black belt in Tae Kwon Do as a teen, and soon thereafter, taking up Mixed Martial Arts and learning its comprising disciplines. At the age of 15 I came to the realization that strength and overall athleticism should be the foundation of any good martial artist, which grew my passion for strength training. Currently, I am able to perform various difficult feats of strength as a result. I believe in a balanced conditioning of the body in order to maximize health and overall athletic potential.

Over the years, I have learned to quickly recognize where weaknesses lie, and help my clients overcome them without wasting time in the process. Any good coach has gone through much trial and error so that you don’t have to, and with that I say welcome.

Binh Nguyen

Binh Nguyen is a personal trainer based out of Mississauga, ON. Through his own transformation from an unhealthy lifestyle into one of physical wellbeing and fitness, Binh became motivated to help others better themselves through fitness and lifestyle coaching.

As a CanFitPro Personal Training Specialist, Kettlebell Training Specialist, and TRX Certified Trainer, Binh believes that success can only be achieved through hard work and dedication to both your program, and yourself. His programs focus on weight loss, strength, and conditioning. He is also trained in both First Aid and CPR for your training safety.
