Phil Jelinowski BSc, CSCS, MES is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Medical Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer with over 10 years of training experience.

Over the years I have developed my own unique approach to training which focuses on the mind/body connection, maximum engagement of muscles, exercise intensity, workout efficiency and proper nutrition.

My goal is to epitomize the perfect picture of health and fitness, to keep up with the latest research and developments in the field and to deliver optimum results to my clients who I train like professional athletes.

My Personal Transformation

After a serious shoulder injury, a host of other setbacks and a major depressive episode I lost a lot of my fitness. I wasn’t in bad shape but I was nowhere near my potential. I stopped caring about my fitness, stopped making progress and became complacent. I was also going through a major change and a lot of uncertainty because I moved my business to a different area and to a new facility. I just turned 37, was determined to bounce back, get in the best shape of my life once again, and participate in a physique competition.

This transformation took close to a year and I participated in 2 physique competitions during that time and placed second in one of my categories. This took about 5 hours of training per week. I didn’t follow a program but experimented with various training methodologies and nutritional protocols, but generally I pushed myself as hard as I could 90% of the time and listened to my body which allowed for sufficient recovery.

The results are a product of applied exercise science and hard work. While not everyone is looking for a transformation this extreme degrees of it are achievable to anyone who is dedicated and willing to put in the work.
